New this year! EUCAS 2015 will publish selected peer-reviewed papers, submitted by conference attendees, in a special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity. The contributions of the conference participants will be available in an archival, peer-reviewed, fully indexed and searchable journal. Manuscripts submitted to the Special Issue will be given peer review. Upon acceptance, the final manuscript will become available on IEEE Xplore soon afterward. We anticipate that most, if not all, accepted manuscripts will be available for download and citation prior to the scheduled April 2016 release of the entire Special Issue. At the release date, an electronic version of the Special Issue will be delivered to conference attendees whose registration includes this item.

PRESENTATION REQUIREMENT
Authors presenting papers at EUCAS 2015 are not required to submit a manuscript. Only papers presented at EUCAS 2015 will be considered for publication of the special issue.

PAPER & PAGE LIMITS
Only the Full Conference, the Student Participant registration fees include one (1) complimentary manuscript submission. Each exhibitor may submit one (1) complimentary manuscript. A unique registration code will be provided to Full Conference, Student participants and exhibitor. All other registration fees do not include a complimentary manuscript submission and an "additional paper fee" of € 400 must be paid in order to receive a unique registration code for submission.
A unique registration code is required for any manuscript submission. The registration code used for submission must be a co-author on the submitted manuscript.
Authors may submit more than one manuscript, however, for any additional paper, authors must pay the additional paper fee of € 400 prior to the manuscript submission deadline. A unique code will be provided after payment is received.
The page limit is 4 pages for contributed papers, 6 pages for invited oral and poster papers and 12 pages for plenary papers. References may continue on to additional pages at no additional cost. The additional page fee is € 100 per page.
Authors should take note that IEEE Publications may re-format graphics to ensure compliance with the IEEE Graphics Guidelines. In some cases, this could result in the body text extending beyond the allowed page limit. You may be contacted for payment of an additional page fee if this occurs. To avoid this potential problem, please ensure that your graphics comply with the IEEE Graphics Standards and are sized appropriately, as indicated in the manuscript template.
Additional page/paper fees must be paid for by Tuesday, September 8, 2015 in order to meet the manuscript submission deadline. Additional page/paper payments can be made in advance or onsite at the EUCAS 2015 Registration Desk at the Lyon Convention Center. You will have to complete the Additional Paper/Page Payment Form to INSIGHT OUTSIDE (soon on line) or hand it to the staff at the Registration Desk.
